Full details of the training on receiving and recording payments

1. Following the guidance of the Union Minister for the Ministry of Commerce, the Trade Education Division, operating under the Department of Trade, is actively executing the Human Resource Development Plan.
2. According to the plan, the Trade Education Division of the Department of Trade under the Ministry of Commerce has launched this training to educate officials and staffs of the Trade Department on matters related to financial accounting, particularly focusing on receiving and recording payments.
3. The "Training on Receiving and Recording Payments" was held from July 11 and 12, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the training hall near the Regional Economic Cooperation Division of the Department of Trade.
4. The training is conducted according to the established guidelines, with Daw Thin Thin, Assistant Director from the Accounting Division of the Department of Trade, serving as the instructor. A total of 20 trainees participated in this course.

Competition-Related Complaints and Investigations

1. Guided by the Union Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, the Department of Trade, as part of its responsibility to implement the training courses included in the Human Resource Development Plan, is conducting these training sessions through its Training Division.
2. According to the plan, the Department of Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce, has initiated these training courses to ensure that the staff and officers of the Department of Trade understand the Competition Law and its regulations.
3. The training course titled "Essential Knowledge on Procedures Related to Competition Complaints and Investigations" was held from July 9 to  10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m at the training hall near the Regional Economic Cooperation Division.
4. The course, which adhered to the established guidelines, was taught by Assistant Director Daw Wai Yee Kyaw from the Competition Policy Division, who delivered the lessons. A total of 20 participants attended the training.

Training on Current Implementations of the WTO's TFA Agreement in Myanmar (News)

1.          Following the guidance of the Union Minister for the Ministry of Commerce, the Trade Education Division, operating under the Department of Trade, is actively executing the Human Resource Development Plan.

2.          The training course on “Training on Current Implementations of the WTO's TFA Agreement in Myanmar” was conducted on June 6, (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) at the training hall of the Department of Trade, Ministry of Commerce in Nay Pyi Taw.

3.       In this course, U Nyi Nyi Aung, Director from the WTO and International Trade Related Organizations Division of the Department of Trade, served as the instructor. This course was attended by an active participation of 19 attendees.
